Where is Heather & Rose based?
We're a little womenswear boutique from Napier, New Zealand. What started on Emerson Street is now online — bringing Heather's colour, fit and fuss to Kiwi women everywhere.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Every order ships free within New Zealand with NZ Post. Most orders arrive within a few working days — no overseas wait, no wondering where it is.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your parcel the whole way to your door.
What is your returns & refunds policy?
If it's not quite right, there's no need to worry. You can return your order within 30 days for a full refund — no hassle, no stress. Just get in touch and we'll make it simple.
How do I choose the right size?
Our pieces run true to size, from S to XXL, with a flattering, comfortable cut. Not sure which to pick? Reach out through our contact page and we'll happily point you to the right fit.
What are the clothes made from, and how do I care for them?
We choose soft, breathable fabrics that feel good all day and move with you. Most pieces are easy to live with — machine wash cool, hang to dry, and they're ready by morning with little to no ironing.
Which payment methods can I use, and is checkout secure?

Can I change or cancel my order?
If something's not right, contact us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our very best to update or cancel it for you.
